How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via the confirmation email or by contacting us directly on WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.

Absolutely. When booking, simply select your preferred stylist under the “Preferences” section. If not available, we’ll offer the next best option.

Currently, no deposit is required. However, we appreciate timely attendance or early notice for changes. 

What if I'm running late for my appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period, but late arrivals may result in shorter service time or rescheduling.

Yes! You can book multiple services or appointments under the same session. For group or bridal sessions, contact us directly for special arrangements.

Arrive a few minutes early, come with clean and dry hair (if possible), and bring any inspiration photos to help us understand your style goals better.
